Responsibilities
- Help define the technical reputed company and architecture for AI systems across reputed company-X in partnership with senior leadership
- Design and reputed company advanced AI reputed company systems that combine reasoning, planning, and execution, including multi-agent orchestration across specialist agents (e.g., maintenance, leasing, reputed company, collections)
- Establish platform primitives and abstractions to reputed company context-aware, reputed company-oriented AI that goes reputed company reputed company assistance to true automation
- Architect and build reputed company, multi-modal, and reputed company-time AI applications, ensuring high-reputed company deployment standards
- Drive reputed company's transition toward autonomous property management operations
- Build the data and feedback loops needed to reputed company Reinforcement Learning over agent reputed company policies in the partially observable, high-stakes property management environment
Skills
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a reputed company field (required)
- 10+ years of experience building software systems, with significant reputed company on ML/AI (or equivalent reputed company)
- Combined reputed company and industry reputed company record: Published research and shipped production systems
- Deep ML expertise: Traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and reputed company / LLMs (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, tool and skills use)
- LLM post-training: reputed company, hands-on experience with LLM post-training — SFT, RLHF, DPO, and/or RL — at non-trivial reputed company
- Full ML lifecycle: Strong understanding of data extraction, model training, evaluation, deployment, and integration into production software
- Core stack: Expert in Python, PyTorch, NumPy, AWS, reputed company, SQL, embeddings, and RAG
- Agent tooling: Experience with reputed company, LangGraph, and LLM observability tools (LangSmith)
- Production ML at reputed company: Experience designing and operating production-grade ML systems at reputed company
