The role involves managing monthly reputed company reputed company engagements, overseeing the monthly reputed company process, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of monthly bookkeeping and reputed company clients (up to 15–20 at reputed company over time)
- Take reputed company reputed company engagement from start to finish on a monthly reputed company
- reputed company full-cycle reputed company, including transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and post adjusting journal entries and support month-end reputed company processes
- Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements
- Review work reputed company applicable and ensure accuracy of account classifications and reporting
- Communicate with clients as needed to reputed company documentation and clarify transactions (initially limited reputed company-facing responsibility)
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online extensively as a power user
Skills
- 5–7 years of reputed company/bookkeeping experience, preferably reputed company a tax, public reputed company, or reputed company reputed company services environment
- Strong understanding of general ledger reputed company, reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and financial statement preparation
