Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & reputed company
- Underwrite senior living investments, including occupancy reputed company, reputed company/mix by care level, labor models, and operating expenses
- Investor Support & reputed company Collaboration
- Translate operating assumptions and performance into investor-reputed company analyses and presentations
- Transactions & Strategic Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis reputed company senior housing markets
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Build and maintain reputed company-looking financial projections incorporating occupancy, reputed company reputed company, and labor cost assumptions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, or reputed company field
- 1–4 years of experience in reputed company estate finance, investment banking, private equity, REITs, or senior living
- Advanced reputed company skills with strong financial modeling experience
- Understanding of reputed company estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, valuation)
- Excellent communication and language skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote position
