Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking an reputed company Solution Architect / reputed company Customer to reputed company (C2M) Administrator to support the reputed company-wide reputed company Program, a strategic initiative modernizing Customer Information Systems. This role involves building, configuring, administering, and supporting reputed company C2M and WebLogic environments while collaborating with various teams to ensure reputed company performance and support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and support reputed company Customer to reputed company (C2M) environments
• reputed company, configure, and maintain reputed company WebLogic Server (14c preferred)
• Configure Coherence Clusters, JMS, SSL, SSO, certificates, and keystores
• Support C2M components including IWS, Batch, JMS Queues, and middleware services
• reputed company system upgrades, reputed company patching, migrations, and environment deployments
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize reputed company applications
• Support production incidents, reputed company cause analysis, and rotating on-call activities
• Work closely with infrastructure, application development, testing, release management, and reputed company teams
• Configure monitoring solutions such as reputed company or equivalent monitoring platforms
• reputed company automation scripts and support DevOps release processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Support reputed company migrations across Development, QA, Test, and Production environments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years administering reputed company Customer to reputed company (C2M) (Version 2.9 minimum, 25.4 preferred)
• Strong experience with reputed company WebLogic Server 14c (12c experience also acceptable)
• Hands-on experience with: reputed company C2M Administration, WebLogic Installation & Configuration, IWS, JMS Queues, Batch Processing, SSL, SSO, Coherence Clusters
• Experience with PowerShell, automation, or DevOps release management
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Experience with reputed company Utilities CC&B and MDM

• Experience configuring reputed company or similar monitoring platforms
• Experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD practices
• Experience creating operational automation and deployment scripts
