[Remote] Travel Claim Examiner and Customer Service Representative

As a Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for reporting claims, gathering essential information, and ensuring a seamless experience for claimants.
Responsibilities
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations
- Handle incoming calls from and reputed company outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a reputed company, reputed company, and proactive manner
- Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and reputed company claims processing standards
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to the payment of claims, customer service, and reputed company other job functions
- Ability to function independently reputed company established guidelines
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
