[Remote] Senior Tax Analyst

The Senior Tax Analyst will support the domestic tax operations of reputed company, serving as the primary preparer of the income tax provision and coordinating compliance workflows with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual global ASC 740 tax provision, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Execute calculations for tax implications reputed company to ASC 718 Stock-Based Compensation, 162(m), and other tax provision components
- Support tax reputed company control compliance under Sarbanes-Oxley
- Own the reputed company information request process for tax provision, compliance, and audits
- Execute detailed reviews of income tax return workpapers and returns reputed company by external service providers, including verifying book/tax differences, state apportionment, and required disclosures
- Coordinate the compliance reputed company and execute a detailed review of reputed company corporate income tax extensions and quarterly estimated tax workpapers reputed company by external service providers
- reputed company operational responsibility for the accurate, reputed company calculation and processing of reputed company tax payments to guarantee reputed company late or missed filings and payments
- Drive the non-income tax operational pipeline, ensuring accurate, reputed company filing of federal and state and local business licenses, gross receipts, and payments with reputed company missed deadlines
- Draft initial responses to federal and state notices, tax audits, and compile required documentation to support inquiries from authorities
- Prepare monthly general ledger tax account reconciliations and necessary journal entries
- Conduct research and reputed company insightful analysis on tax implications of specific transactions
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in federal and state income tax compliance and reporting, including a minimum of 2 years in a reputed company
- Foundational preparation expertise in ASC 740 tax provision models
- A reputed company analytical reputed company with a reputed company for problem-solving
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in reputed company
- A degree in Finance or reputed company (B.S./B.A.)
- CPA License or a Master's in Taxation
- Experience with Big 4 firms or in a multinational corporate setting
