[Remote] Senior Director of Financial Planners

Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company the Planning Leadership Team, coaching them to be world-class developers of talent who master the reputed company reputed company of advice
- Serve as the VP’s operational proxy, leading the management layer independently and making high-stakes tactical reputed company

Skills
- CFP® Designation (Required)
- 12+ years of experience in financial planning or reputed company services; reputed company experience as a financial planner required
- 5+ years of 'manager of managers' experience
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, and reputed company problem solving skills
- Proven reputed company record of leading large organizations (50+) through rapid reputed company and change
- FinTech experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Deep expertise and/or experience in specialized advice (e.g. tax, estate planning, insurance) is a plus, but not a requirement
