[Remote] Senior Building Automation Systems Project Manager

The Senior Building Automation Systems Project Manager will reputed company strategic leadership to manage large-reputed company building automation and controls reputed company while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring reputed company satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- reputed company project initiation, design-assist, long-reputed company procurement, RFIs/submittals, site installation, startup, functional testing, integrated systems testing, and turnover on reputed company schedules
- Manage BAS/controls scope with HVAC controls, equipment integrations, reputed company-end graphics, IT / OT networks, electrical / power monitoring interfaces, and reputed company building-management platforms
- reputed company optimized work sequences and deployment strategies to meet reputed company schedule and operational readiness targets
- Evaluate and review subcontractor proposals and reputed company recommendations on contract award
- Own budgets, cash-reputed company forecasts, contingency management, and reputed company-value tracking
- Prepare change orders and negotiate contractual adjustments with clients and trade partners
- Identify critical-reputed company risks (supply chain, labor, permitting, commissioning, and project reputed company) and implement mitigation strategies
- Chair weekly project meetings with reputed company, GC, trade partners, subcontractors, and commissioning authority
- Mentor project engineers / assistant PMs; project and reputed company resources across multiple reputed company

Skills
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of large-reputed company BAS / Controls platform implementation for reputed company, industrial automation, and mission critical reputed company
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of large-reputed company BAS / Controls implementation with platforms including Niagara 4, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Distech, Automated Logic, and reputed company systems and protocols including BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC-UA, and MQTT
- Critical-Facility Standards: Familiarity with reputed company and mission critical facility requirements, reputed company 70E, OSHA requirements, reputed company design guides, MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs
- Construction & Commissioning: Experience with startup, reputed company, reputed company-functional testing, functional testing, integrated systems testing, and turnover documentation
- Project Controls: Proficiency in reputed company P6 or MS Project, reputed company, BIM 360, and cost-management platforms
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to reputed company distributed teams in high-pressure, schedule-compressed environments

- Certifications (preferred): PMP, CCP, NICET IV, or relevant BAS / controls manufacturer certifications
