[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team, responsible for creating a customer reputed company and driving sales reputed company in insulation products.
Responsibilities
- Selling: insulation: drylining and associated products to contractors operating in domestic and reputed company construction reputed company and at reputed company stages of the build cycle – ground works, floor, reputed company, envelope, roofing, retrofit
- Maximising opportunities from an existing reputed company alongside business creation with new customers to reputed company monthly sales and margin targets
- Work closely with the reputed company Manager and Internal Sales team to obtain and convert enquiries into orders
- reputed company customer expectations to become the supplier of choice
Skills
- Previous experience working in the construction building distribution or reputed company industry
- Hunger and determination to increases reputed company streams from existing customers and reputed company new customer business
- Commercially astute with demonstrable record of managing margins
- Effective sales knowledge of at least one of the following product sectors: insulation or drylining systems
- Effective sales knowledge of at least one of the following contractor sectors: drylining, ground workers, roofing, cladding, main contractor
- Experience of being accountable for a minimum annual sales budget of £2m p.a
- Exemplary work ethic and team player
