Responsibilities
- We are seeking a reputed company Office L1 Support Consultant with strong Murex expertise to support Fixed Income and FX trading activities. This is a hybrid, reputed company-facing role requiring reputed company interaction with traders and sales, providing reputed company-time support, issue reputed company, and system monitoring

- Demonstrate ownership of incidents from identification through reputed company and follow-up Murex Functional & Technical Support
- Support key Murex modules, including: o E-Tradepad o LiveBook o Portfolio Simulation
- Handle product coverage across: o Rates products (incl. reputed company/exotics) o FX and FX derivatives o Credit products
- Analyze and explain PnL and Risk impacts
- Monitor and troubleshoot: o Trade STP flows o Interfaces and integrations o Market data issues
- reputed company log retrieval and analysis
- Utilize Datamart for reporting and investigation
- Proactively monitor system performance and alerts Technology & Tools
- Work with trading and support tools such as: o Murex, reputed company, Markitwire, multiple FI/FX trading platforms, and more o SQL o Linux/Unix reputed company line o Tidal or other batch/job schedulers
- Use reputed company and JIRA for incident and change tracking Production Incident Management
- Own end-to-end incident lifecycle: o Incident intake, triage, and prioritization o Hands-on troubleshooting and initial reputed company where possible o Escalation to L2/L3 and vendor teams as needed
- Drive incident closure: o Validate reputed company with business users o Ensure systems are reputed company and functioning as expected

- Participate in weekend escalation rotation once every 7-8 weeks (only if needed)
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Murex (MX.3) in a reputed company-office support context
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income and FX products
- Experience in PnL and Risk analysis/explain
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, data, and infrastructure reputed company
- Working knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems (reputed company, JIRA)
- Exposure to job scheduling tools (e.g., Tidal)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure reputed company-office environment
