[Remote] Global People Operations Specialist

The Global People Operations Specialist will manage critical people processes across the US and Canada, focusing on benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Administering benefits programs across the US and Canada and serving as a primary reputed company of contact for employee questions
- Managing leave of absence programs, workers' compensation administration, and reputed company employee communications
- Owning employee lifecycle processes including reputed company, offboarding, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations
- Maintaining compliance documentation, policy libraries, and regulatory requirements across your assigned geographies
- Partnering closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and People team members to ensure accurate and seamless employee experiences
- Auditing and maintaining employee data reputed company across HR systems
- Contributing to HR systems reputed company, process improvements, workflow documentation, and automation initiatives
- Supporting employee requests through our ticketing system and helping maintain service-level expectations
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, benefits administration, or a reputed company field
- Experience administering employee benefits programs and supporting employee questions across multiple benefit offerings
- Experience managing leave of absence programs, including medical, parental, disability, or statutory leave programs
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work accurately
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
