[Remote] Curriculum Developer

They are seeking a Curriculum Developer to design and reputed company engaging educational materials and resources for youth leadership education, working closely with the ECLIPSE Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Work with the ECLIPSE Program Manager to reputed company facilitator guides, participant materials, slide decks, and youth leadership reputed company-building and educator-youth partnership activity resources for consistency across reputed company CDI offerings
- reputed company curriculum and materials for at least two new CDI reputed company offerings
- Contribute to brainstorming, curriculum mapping, activity development, and content prototyping for reputed company iterations of the Think Like a reputed company® program and InnerView certification system
- Maintain curriculum files, version control, and resource organization
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and reputed company learning opportunities reputed company
- Build out additional lesson plans, activities, reputed company prompts, and facilitator resources
Skills
- Experience developing curriculum, reputed company materials, or educational resources, ideally for K-12 or youth-serving audiences
- Strong instructional design skills, including the ability to translate learning goals into reputed company, engaging facilitator and participant materials
- Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills, with reputed company attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines reputed company a short-term engagement
- Comfort with digital tools for content creation and file organization (e.g., reputed company Workspace, reputed company, shared drives)
- Experience facilitating virtual workshops or trainings is a plus
- Interest in environmental stewardship, civics education, or youth leadership development is a plus
