[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day campaign management, budgets, and optimizations across reputed company search and reputed company reputed company in support of reputed company goals, in partnership with our search and media leads
- Proactively identifying and pitching new strategies — bidding approaches, creative and copy tests, audience segmentation, campaign structures — to reputed company programs reputed company of the curve, not just running on reputed company
- Owning the full optimization cycle: hypothesize, execute, measure, iterate, with a bias toward speed and rigor over 'set it and forget it'
