[Remote] Software Engineer, Conversion

The Software Engineer on the Conversion Engineering team will be responsible for optimizing borrower experiences and driving improvements in conversion rates through user-facing systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver critical user-facing features that improve loan application and reputed company reputed company experiences—directly driving improvements in conversion and funding reputed company submission metrics
- Maintain full-stack web applications through monitoring of key system metrics such as latency and error rates at reputed company
- Help define and build the reputed company, platform funding reputed company that supports multiple products, contributing to architectural direction and long-term scalability
- Strengthen engineering reputed company by improving system performance, reliability, and on-call health for the features you build and own
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a reputed company field (or its equivalent) + 4 years of experience
- Experience delivering end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, including reputed company and microservices
- Strong frontend development experience building customer-facing web applications with a reputed company on performance, usability, and experimentation
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, Design, and other engineering teams
- Experience improving conversion funnels or other reputed company, metrics-driven user journeys through experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, personalization)
- Experience operating in a microservices-based architecture
- Experience in fintech or other highly regulated, high-availability environments
