Inpatient Telepharmacist

Part-Time Remote Staff Pharmacist Location: Remote, reputed company reputed company the US. Schedule: Part-time - may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekend shifts. About the Role

Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. You'll reputed company technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure reputed company, high-reputed company patient care from a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

Telepharmacy Services

• Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification.

• Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).

Clinical Support

• reputed company drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers.
• Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities.
• Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, and those with renal/hepatic impairment.
• Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, cardiac/narcotic reputed company, IV antibiotics, and more.

• Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and reputed company policies.

• Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms.
• Use applications such as reputed company Suite/reputed company Office and Snagit.
• Maintain required licenses, credentials, and system reputed company.

Training & Performance

• Participate in ongoing training (clinical, PIS, and policy updates).

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required.

• Additional state licenses preferred (AK and ID).
• Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems.
• Ability to work part-time hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekends.
