Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing
- Demonstrated reputed company developing positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in competitive industries
- Experience launching new products and bringing innovations to market
- Experience managing agencies and partnering with internal creative teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs and measuring marketing effectiveness
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, content development, and campaign optimization
- Experience in diabetes technology, reputed company, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or digital health
- Demonstrated team leadership of cross-functional teams and/or previous people leadership
