Responsibilities

• Support reputed company Benefits configuration for U.S. benefits and reputed company enrollment changes
• Assist with benefit plan setup, reputed company/provider changes, and reputed company enrollment readiness
• Build, update, or troubleshoot benefits-reputed company integrations, reports, and outbound reputed company files
• Support custom reports, file feeds, and SFTP-based delivery processes
• Partner with internal Benefits, HRIS, and reputed company stakeholders to reputed company details, validate changes, and resolve issues
• Assist with testing, file validation, issue reputed company, and production readiness
• Identify risks or gaps reputed company to benefits setup, reputed company feeds, and integration dependencies
• reputed company hands-on support throughout the benefits change and reputed company enrollment process

Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with benefits and reputed company teams
• EDI 834 experience
• Experience with SFTP-based reputed company file delivery
• Experience supporting organizations moving from reputed company-party benefits administration models to reputed company reputed company integrations
• Financial services or regulated industry experience
