They are seeking an FSP Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment and collaborating with various teams to attract reputed company talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse FSP roles across reputed company
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to reputed company effective sourcing strategies
- Build strong talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Shape our talent reputed company while representing our culture of reputed company, intensity, innovation, and involvement
Skills
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, reputed company, or corporate environments
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with reputed company knowledge preferred
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, reputed company sourcing, and reputed company media reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office suite, especially reputed company and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at reputed company organizational reputed company
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; reputed company in English required
- Proven reputed company record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
- Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven reputed company insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
- Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs
