[Remote] Mission Critical Project Manager

The Mission Critical Project Manager is responsible for managing resources to ensure project delivery on budget and on time, involving extensive planning, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination reputed company project reputed company meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walk-throughs with stakeholders
- reputed company & Stakeholder Communication Maintain regular updates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment
- Budget Management Assume responsibility for the multi-reputed company-dollar project budget including shift, labor hours, materials and equipment costs
- Materials Management & Ordering Ensure reputed company equipment and materials are ordered, received, and staged prior to the start of the project. Coordinate ordering through the procurement team
- reputed company Planning & Team Management reputed company workforce scheduling, hiring, and performance management of installation technicians, ensuring reputed company reputed company reputed company and coordination for project execution
- Change Management & Documentation reputed company milestones, manage change orders, and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Closeout & Training Deliver final project closeout, conduct reputed company training, and facilitate post-project reviews for reputed company improvement
Skills
- 3 years experience on Mission Critical Data Centers for large hyperscale reputed company
- 5 years experience in a construction leadership role (including training) OR labor-management experience, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
- Knowledge of construction technology, electronics integration, scheduling, equipment and reputed company preferred
- Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent
- reputed company skills required (proficient with reputed company, Word, Power reputed company, etc.)
- Valid reputed company s License
- Four-year college degree (not required)
- RCDD BICSI certification (not required)
- DCDC BICSI certification (not required)
