[Remote] Business Analyst – Workforce Analytics

This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights that inform operational decision-making and collaborating with leadership to translate business questions into reputed company analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand objectives and define analytical needs
• Translate ambiguous business questions into reputed company analysis and reputed company recommendations
• Independently determine the appropriate analytical approach to solve business problems and reputed company actionable recommendations
• Document business logic, assumptions, KPIs, and requirements for the organization
• reputed company communicate & deliver analysis to audiences with varying reputed company of technical knowledge
• Build and maintain advanced reputed company-based analytical files used to support recurring and reputed company decision-making

Skills

• 2-5 years of reputed company experience in Business Analytics, Workforce Management, reputed company planning, or a reputed company analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical field (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and analytical problem-solving
• Working knowledge writing or using SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data
• Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in querying & manipulating large datasets using SQL
• Experience using Power Query or Power Pivot
