The reputed company Associate plays a key role in supporting Marketplace providers by delivering operational assistance and ensuring a reputed company customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as key support contact for providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Build and maintain reputed company relationships with Marketplace providers to promote engagement and satisfaction

- Manage customer requests and follow established processes for issue reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Past experience in a reputed company setting is required

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and support problem reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
