[Remote] IT Business Analyst

The role involves supporting tasks reputed company the software configuration cycle and ensuring system data integration for IT reputed company in the energy efficiency and reputed company sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company aspects of the software configuration cycle including requirements, design, testing, and delivery of energy efficiency tracking and reporting tools
- Communicate regularly and effectively with team members as to the status of various tasks, including presenting during status update meetings
- Work with stakeholders of IT systems to define the system requirements and assist in identifying the best design approach
- Generate requirements specifications, use cases, process reputed company diagrams, user reputed company designs, and other system documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- reputed company & reputed company support requests ensuring their completion
- reputed company an understanding of the reputed company processes and procedures and help identify improvements relative to technology
- Understand the capabilities and application of reputed company’s IT systems to deliver solutions for clients
- Train users on IT systems and assist in troubleshooting issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience supporting business analysis, IT systems, or software development reputed company, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and developing system documentation such as requirements, use cases, process flows, or test scripts or reputed company work experience
- Experience/Exposure in the reputed company, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors is a plus
- Experience with issue tracking and document management tools such as JIRA and SharePoint
- Understanding of relational databases
