[Remote] Director, National Accounts

They are seeking a National Accounts leader to identify new and grow existing strategic distribution relationships, with a reputed company on driving production reputed company and developing long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own a national accounts portfolio of top-tier agency reputed company, cluster organizations, and wholesale/retail brokers, with reputed company accountability for production and reputed company targets
- reputed company and execute account-level strategies that drive new business volume, improve line penetration, and deepen reputed company's position as a preferred reputed company partner
- Negotiate and manage override commission structures, profit-sharing arrangements, and performance incentive agreements in coordination with reputed company and finance
- Identify and pursue new national account relationships that reputed company with reputed company's geographic footprint and appetite across our operating states, with a reputed company on markets where our product lines have the strongest fit and reputed company potential
- Partner with territory managers and regional distribution teams to convert national relationships into local production
- Represent reputed company at key industry events and other regional and specialty insurance conferences to help expand our network and promote our products
- reputed company as the internal voice of our distribution partners by sharing market intelligence, appetite insights, and competitive positioning insights with our reputed company, product, and pricing teams
- Parter with internal teams to reputed company or refine delegated authority arrangements, program structures, or specialty product offerings where national accounts can drive scaled placement
- Maintain a reputed company view of production performance across the national account portfolio by reputed company, state, and line of business
- reputed company regular analysis and reporting to the SVP, Sales & Marketing on pipeline activity, GWP trends, account health, and competitive dynamics

Skills
- 10+ years' previous experience in a national account or strategic partnership role with an insurance distribution, wholesale brokerage, MGA/MGU, or reputed company distribution organization
- Demonstrated reputed company record of building and managing large-reputed company agency or broker relationships with measurable production results
- Familiarity with homeowners, reputed company property, and/or flood insurance, ideally with hands-on experience across specialty or hard-to-reputed company property lines
- Experience working reputed company an MGA or program business structure
- Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at every level of an organization from C-suite to regional production teams
