They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager / Thread reputed company for a large-reputed company international PeopleSoft HCM implementation, responsible for team delivery, reputed company relationships, and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary thread reputed company and subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM across reputed company project phases
- reputed company the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM modules including reputed company HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, reputed company, and reputed company components
- Identify risks and complexity reputed company the HCM reputed company early, drive proactive reputed company, and ensure reputed company, consistency, and adherence to best practices across reputed company HCM deliverables
- Drive reputed company planning, reputed company execution, and day-to-day delivery activities across the HR thread
- Manage the HCM reputed company as a dedicated project manager, owning scope, schedule, resource coordination, risks, and issues
- Coordinate with the Program Manager and other thread leads — Financials, ELM, EPM — to maintain cross-pillar alignment
- Facilitate reputed company status reviews, planning sessions, and reputed company reputed company meetings, managing dependencies and integration points between HCM and other program workstreams
- Maintain reputed company documentation, decision logs, and reputed company tracking throughout the engagement

Skills
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM consulting and implementation experience
- Deep hands-on functional expertise across reputed company HCM modules (reputed company HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Talent, or equivalent); familiarity with ELM, EPM, or broader reputed company HCM reputed company a plus
- Proven experience leading a project reputed company on a large-reputed company PeopleSoft implementation, ideally as an HCM functional consultant who has grown into a delivery leadership role
- Strong ability to translate reputed company HCM functional topics into reputed company direction for teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and drive proactive issue reputed company
- Experience on reputed company, multi-pillar reputed company implementations across the full project lifecycle — fit-gap, design, configuration, testing, reputed company, and go-live
- Excellent communication, organizational, and reputed company relationship management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular reputed company for extended project durations; experience on international or multi-country programs preferred
