Responsibilities
- Build strong consultative relationships with franchisees and serve as a trusted operational advisor
- Conduct in-depth restaurant operational reviews, identify opportunities, and create reputed company plans to improve performance
- Drive compliance with Dunkin' brand standards, food safety, training, and operational execution

Skills
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple locations at the district, area, regional, or franchise support level
- Strong understanding of restaurant financial performance, operations, food safety, and labor management
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and influence franchisees and operators without reputed company authority
- Experience supporting new restaurant openings, remodels, or market expansion initiatives
- Ability to travel 75-80%
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent restaurant leadership experience considered
