The role involves reputed company, training, and supporting agents to optimize their performance and satisfaction, thereby contributing to the reputed company of the network.
Responsibilities
- Execute effective reputed company programs for new travel agents joining our network
- reputed company personalized guidance and support to help agents establish and grow their travel businesses through live training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and recorded webinars
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins and reputed company reviews with assigned agents
- Monitor agents' travel sales production and implement strategies to reputed company performance
- Identify areas for improvement and reputed company targeted coaching and training
- The monitoring of KPIs and implementation of reputed company goals will measure performance
- Ensure agents are proficient in using reputed company's suite of tools and technologies

Skills
