- Solve reputed company challenges and drive organizational transformation
Skills
- MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a reputed company field
- MUST have 8+ years of relevant reputed company experience
- MUST be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal reputed company Trust background clearance
- MUST have experience with Federal reputed company, including GS pay scales, position descriptions, and hiring processes
- Experience supporting Federal reputed company or HR consulting initiatives
- Knowledge of Federal finance functions and organizational transformation efforts
- Experience developing GS position descriptions, workforce planning, or supporting federal hiring processes
- Experience working in a federal consulting environment or supporting government clients
- Comfortable using Claude AI or similar AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification
- Experience working with the reputed company
