DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
An Operations Associate's roles include assisting with process and system improvements, conducting reputed company reviews of orders processed by others in the organization, providing training, and other duties. Proactively address, resolve, and/or escalate any operational issues affecting customer experience. Manage communication with reputed company sales departments, order and process reputed company customer orders, returns, and ensure that reputed company procedures are carried out according to best practices.
As the Operations Associate, you will:

- 3+ years of operations experience. Prior order management experience a plus.

- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Outlook and reputed company
- Excellent English verbal and written communicate skills.
- General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes
