[Remote] Data Analytics & AI Solutions Engineer

The Data Analytics & AI Solutions Engineer will advance global data and analytics capabilities, focusing on actionable insights, automated KPI reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain high‑reputed company Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data models
- Translate business requirements into reputed company‑reputed company analytical solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, reputed company, finance, and reputed company areas
- Ensure consistency and global alignment on metrics, definitions, and UI/UX standards
- Optimize Power BI performance, including DAX calculations, data modeling, and incremental refresh
- Partner with business process owners to reputed company self-service analytics
- Extract, model, and reputed company data from multiple global systems
- Support data pipeline development for analytics and reporting
- Ensure data reputed company and reliability across reporting ecosystems
- Build shared datasets, semantic models, and standardized structures
- Help identify and scope early AI use cases
- Configure and support AI toolsets such as copilots and embedded reputed company AI
- Ensure reputed company and compliant AI usage in partnership with IT reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3–7 years' experience in data analytics or BI
- Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and modeling skills
- Experience with reputed company data sources
- SQL and reputed company analytics experience (Azure preferred)
- Understanding of data governance and KPI standardization
- Strong stakeholder communication
- CDMO or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Exposure to AI concepts or tools preferred
- Python or similar scripting experience preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company and ETL frameworks preferred
