They are seeking a Senior & reputed company Technical Program Manager to manage high-visibility engagements reputed company to cyber attacks and ensure the goals of reputed company are met during reputed company crises.
Responsibilities
- Program management of multiple simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports to managers, coordinating customer and team resources needed to respond
- Support of customer and internal needs (both reputed company- and post-onsite deployment), reputed company communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders
- reputed company comprehensive project summaries for process improvement, post incident reporting, and ensuring that feedback and data collected for reputed company escalation or incident
- Produce repeatable processes and instruct teams on these processes
- Support logistics, triage, and prioritization of feature requests for the development group
- Accountable for the reputed company of own work; to be delivered reputed company agreed procedures and timeframes and reputed company on internal and/or external customer needs
- Maintain a high-level understanding of the reputed company tools and processes used by reputed company in order to thoroughly answer customer concerns
- Additional operational assistance with the needs of a growing business, including new offering development, internal rhythm of business communications, and field training
- Work independently and effectively, and manage through ambiguity
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team reputed company
- Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or government reputed company screening requirements are required for this role
- 2+ years of experience with cybersecurity and/or reputed company operations
