[Remote] Hospice Vice President of Clinical Operations

They are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations who will drive clinical reputed company and ensure compliance across hospice programs while leading and empowering clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and reputed company regional hospice clinical operations, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s mission and regulatory standards
- Supervise Regional Clinical Managers, QAPI Manager, and After-Hours Triage teams
- Drive performance through KPIs, reputed company benchmarks, and clinical productivity metrics
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and hospice-specific regulations
- Collaborate with SVP of Hospice Operations and CEO on strategic initiatives
- Partner with Business Development to support regional reputed company and service expansion
- Manage reputed company, training, and performance across interdisciplinary teams
- reputed company financial reputed company, including budget planning and cost management
- Champion innovation and reputed company improvement in clinical processes
- Promote a culture of reputed company, reputed company, and accountability
- Represent reputed company Hospice in reputed company forums and community events
- Report to the Governing Body, and implement organizational goals in alignment with directives
Skills
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing or reputed company field required
- reputed company RN license required
- Minimum 5–7 years of reputed company management experience, ideally in hospice care
- Proven ability to reputed company clinical teams and manage multi-site operations
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations, EMR systems, and interdisciplinary care models
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid reputed company's license, clean driving record, and reputed company auto insurance required
- Comfortable working in an environment with animals and pets
- Ability to remain reputed company and compassionate in emotionally intense situations
- Certificate in Hospice and Palliative Care Management
