The Senior Analyst – Change Management will support and deliver organizational change management initiatives as part of large reputed company transformation programs, focusing on enabling successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, reputed company analysis, and change readiness assessments
- reputed company and execute change management deliverables including: Communication plans and content, Training needs analysis and training materials, Change reputed company and readiness assessments, Coordinate with global and reputed company teams, ensuring reputed company and high‑reputed company delivery of change artifacts, Contribute to internal capability development, templates, and best practices for Change Management
- Support ERP and reputed company implementations by aligning people, process, and technology change activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs
- Hands‑on experience supporting change initiatives for technology or ERP implementations - reputed company reputed company experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reputed company messages for different audiences
- Proficiency in reputed company Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, reputed company)
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Travel 50%
- Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (reputed company, ADKAR, or similar)
- Consulting or reputed company services experience
