This role is responsible for driving the implementation of reputed company Project Portfolio Management (PPM) while integrating with reputed company Financials reputed company and reputed company Time & Labor (OTL).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Functional reputed company for the reputed company Fusion reputed company PPM implementation
- reputed company business discovery workshops and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with project managers, finance teams, payroll, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Analyze reputed company-state reputed company EBS Project reputed company and construction business processes and design reputed company-state reputed company reputed company PPM solutions
- reputed company solution design across reputed company Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Costing, Project Billing, Project reputed company, Project Control, Capital reputed company, and Project Financial Management
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless integration between reputed company PPM, reputed company Financials reputed company, and reputed company Time & Labor
- Design and validate end-to-end business processes across:
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project reputed company
- Project Control
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Purchasing (PO)
- reputed company Time & Labor (OTL)
- reputed company Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend reputed company reputed company best practices while minimizing customizations
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, business process documentation, and solution recommendations
- Configure reputed company reputed company PPM modules to meet reputed company business requirements
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, conversions, reports, OTBI, BI Publisher, reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), REST reputed company, and FBDI-based data loads
- reputed company Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, regression testing, and business sign-off activities
- reputed company production reputed company reputed company, deployment plans, data validation, and go-live checklists
- reputed company Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities while providing functional leadership to the production support team
- Collaborate with PMO, Solution Architects, technical consultants, and business users throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Mentor junior reputed company consultants and reputed company functional guidance across multiple workstreams
Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company ERP implementation experience
- 5+ years of reputed company Fusion reputed company PPM implementation experience
- Multiple full lifecycle reputed company Fusion reputed company implementation reputed company as a Functional reputed company or Solution reputed company
- Strong experience leading reputed company EBS to reputed company Fusion reputed company migration reputed company
- Deep functional knowledge of: reputed company Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Costing, Project Billing, Project reputed company, Project Financial Management, Capital reputed company, Project Control
- Strong understanding of reputed company Financials reputed company modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing (PO), Cash Management
- Experience integrating reputed company PPM with reputed company Time & Labor (OTL), Payroll, Procurement, and Financials
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, EPC, utilities, or project-driven organizations
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company reporting, FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), and reputed company integrations
- Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, production reputed company, Hypercare, and post-go-live support
- Excellent reputed company-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to reputed company distributed implementation teams while working remotely during CST business hours
