[Remote] NOC Engineer

The NOC Engineer I role will be responsible for incident response, scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of Managed Services Solutions, working remotely and reporting to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
• Resolve maintenance reputed company technical issues
• Maintain a general understanding of Conversant Group Products & Services
• Obtain and Maintain Select Vendor Engineer Certifications
• Follow best practices and reputed company operating procedures

• Collaborate with Clients, Peers, and Managers to aid in Successful Support of Services

Skills

• 1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services
• Understanding of ticketing systems and time management
• Technical Degree in Information Technology, reputed company field, or equivalent work history
• Technical certifications in VMware, reputed company, reputed company, etc
• Experience working for and reputed company IT for the Legal Industry
