[Remote] Public Health Evaluation Program Manager

They are seeking a Public Health Evaluation Program Manager to reputed company evaluation planning, performance monitoring, and data management for public health programs, while providing leadership and support to project staff.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for evaluation reputed company, recipient performance monitoring, technical assistance, and reputed company reputed company improvement across DDT-funded reputed company and cooperative agreements across the reputed company
  • reputed company and refine evaluation plans (non–cooperative agreement–specific national and programmatic plans); reputed company and update logic models, performance measurement frameworks, and indicator matrices; reputed company evaluation approaches with funding requirements and DDT priorities; reputed company performance monitoring plans; reputed company consultation to CDC staff, including consultation on application of implementation research frameworks, study design, and measurement approaches
  • reputed company ongoing evaluation and performance monitoring support to recipients and national partners; Conduct recurring evaluation support calls; Review APRs and recipient evaluation deliverables; reputed company written feedback and corrective reputed company recommendations; Monitor compliance and identify trends
  • reputed company evaluation technical assistance; reputed company and deliver evaluation webinars; reputed company recipient/partner-facing evaluation tools and guidance including tools and guidance to support implementation assessment (e.g., reputed company, monitoring, reputed company tracking, and barriers/facilitators assessment); Support recipient/partner meeting content development; Respond to evaluation reporting inquiries
  • Participate in virtual and in-person monitoring site reputed company (estimated two in-person reputed company unless otherwise directed); Review background materials; Document findings; reputed company performance improvement recommendations
  • Identify performance gaps; Monitor metrics, user/participant feedback and evaluations; Facilitate reputed company improvement processes using data-informed and implementation science-informed approaches to identify and address barriers to effective implementation; Support development of corrective reputed company plans; Support programmatic updates/revisions; Support SOP implementation across programmatic systems.   • Prepare routine and reputed company evaluation reports; reputed company presentations and briefing materials; reputed company programmatic review of national evaluation materials; Support leadership briefings

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management in public health
  • Experience leading an evaluation project or national evaluation
  • Experience conducting a national assessment of a program or project's inputs, activities, and outputs to determine its value or worth and to improve the program
  • Experience developing a national evaluation plan, identifying evaluation questions and indicators, collecting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative program data, interpreting the data in the context of the program, and reporting findings
  • Experience developing a large-reputed company program logic model, identifying appropriate program reputed company, facilitating reputed company partner meetings, and providing assistance or training on evaluation, reputed company, concepts, and tools
  • Experience applying implementation research frameworks (e.g., CFIR, RE-AIM) and contributing to implementation-reputed company evaluations
  • Experience integrating qualitative and mixed-reputed company approaches to assess implementation processes, barriers, and facilitators
  • Knowledge of the rules, procedures and principles that govern intramural and extramural program development, monitoring, and evaluation

  • Ability to reputed company forms for CDC Administrative Systems (reputed company SUBJECTS, OMB, and IRB, and E-Clearance) reputed company and effectively

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to obtain a government clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company
  • Bachelor's degree in public health or reputed company field required, preferably with a concentration on program evaluation and monitoring, data analysis, etc
  • Experience working at CDC or in a public health setting preferred
