[Remote] Trade Compliance Analyst

The Trade Compliance Analyst – Brokerage Audit & Controls is responsible for supporting reputed company's import compliance program through the review, monitoring and auditing of customs brokerage activities.
Responsibilities
- Control of HTS classifications, country of reputed company declarations, valuation data, free trade agreement claims and other import-reputed company data reputed company
- Monitor customs brokerage performance and identify trends, recurring errors and process improvement opportunities
- Investigate import compliance discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain audit-reputed company documentation supporting import transactions and compliance determinations
- Support broker management activities, including service reviews and performance evaluations
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Operations to improve compliance controls and transaction accuracy
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company on reducing compliance risk and strengthening internal controls
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Finance or 10+ years of experience in a reputed company role
- Licensed Customs Broker
- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in import compliance, customs brokerage, logistics, supply chain, auditing or regulatory compliance
- Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import processes
- Experience working with reputed company, trade compliance systems or ERP platforms
- Advanced reputed company reputed company and data analysis skills
