[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support billing, claims, and reputed company while maintaining high call volumes and providing information to insureds.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and maintaining a consistent high call volume
- reputed company line support for billing, claims, and reputed company
- Assisting in providing information to insureds, lienholders and agents
- Assessing the complexity of reputed company call for possible elevation or re-routing
- Accessing and researching information from various databases
- Accurately following reputed company screens, procedures, and scripts to reputed company tasks
- Learning company products and services as reputed company as general insurance terminology
Skills
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years of work experience in a call center environment and/or a customer facing/servicing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and retain information about company products; as reputed company master various company systems needed to reputed company work
- Ability to recognize the need for, and adhere to, defined procedures
- Ability to maintain composure and reputed company demeanor on the phone at reputed company times
- Ability to help defuse frustrated callers
- Ability to reputed company quick and accurate reputed company regarding if a call is reputed company the scope of one's knowledge and experience and/or may need to be handled by consulting more reputed company staff
- Property insurance knowledge/experience preferred
