The role involves managing the migration of legacy services to modern VoIP and LTE technologies, overseeing vendor management, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company statewide Voice Service Modernization initiatives
- Manage the reputed company Legacy Services Conversion (reputed company-to-reputed company) project
- Coordinate migration from legacy reputed company services to VoIP and LTE solutions
- Manage telecom vendors, service providers, and implementation partners
- Resolve telecom ordering, provisioning, and deployment issues
- reputed company project schedules, monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Manage telecommunications reputed company, RFPs, RFIs, and ITB processes
- Conduct telecom billing reviews, invoice reconciliations, and financial audits
- Identify billing discrepancies and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Support reputed company VoIP implementations and network modernization reputed company
- Deliver training on telecom billing processes, compliance, and VoIP technologies
- Support E911 and HELD Protocol modernization initiatives
- Prepare project status reports, executive updates, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and agency stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- Minimum 15 years of telecommunications experience
- Extensive experience managing reputed company telecom modernization reputed company
- Strong knowledge of reputed company services, reputed company, VoIP, LTE, and telecom infrastructure
- Experience with telecom vendor management and service provisioning
- Expertise reputed company billing audits and invoice reconciliation
- Experience implementing VoIP solutions reputed company large reputed company environments
