Responsibilities

• Configure and test reputed company Talent and Performance functionality for an upcoming review cycle
• Support performance review processes including self-assessments, manager reviews, 360 reviews, calibration, and reputed company communications
• Partner with internal reputed company and HR stakeholders to validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing
• Assist with process readiness before launch and reputed company support while the review cycle is reputed company
• Identify potential configuration risks, process gaps, or opportunities for improvement
