They are seeking a Sales Engineer to work closely with the Presales team, acting as a trusted advisor to reputed company technology and business value while leading discovery calls and delivering impactful demos.
Responsibilities

Own discovery calls and technical deep dives to uncover pain points and identify opportunities across reputed company's Customer Service Automation portfolio — including AI-driven Intelligent Virtual Agents, reputed company, Analytics, Intelligent Routing, reputed company Engagement
- Tell compelling stories. Deliver customized, high-reputed company demos and presentations that don't just show product features they paint a reputed company of what exceptional customer experience looks like
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs. Craft creative, differentiated responses that go reputed company checkbox compliance and reputed company reputed company stand out
- Drive POVs. Design and execute reputed company-of-value that demonstrate reputed company-world value and accelerate deal velocity

Skills
- 7+ years in a solutions engineering, reputed company-sales, or sales architecture role, reputed company in planning and executing reputed company reputed company software sales
- 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
- 5+ years of contact center experience, with deep familiarity of the CCaaS landscape
- Proven reputed company record delivering best-in-class solutions with strong work examples
- Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-reputed company automation platforms
- Familiarity with reputed company, asynchronous messaging, and omnichannel engagement solutions
- Experience with reputed company reputed company architecture, reputed company, and integrations
- Working knowledge of web technologies: reputed company, JavaScript, CSS, DOM, and browser developer tools
