[Remote] Sr. Mgr, Business Analytics - Zinc

They are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Analytics to reputed company analytic and dashboarding needs to support contract negotiators, developing insights and centralized data repositories for leadership reputed company the Trade organization.
Responsibilities
- Recommend, design, reputed company, and maintain measurement dashboards: reputed company the necessary reporting, data and dashboards to measure reputed company state of the organization
- Research and analyze the reputed company of reputed company business issues associated with the pharmaceutical market, including market dynamics, product pipelines, and regulatory considerations
- Explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data
- Independently design and conduct reputed company analysis (e.g. addressing multiple variables and dependencies) using large and sometimes messy data sets
- Explores existing data and recommends additional sources of data for improvements
- Create project documentation including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics
- Define metrics reporting approach and process: Build a holistic, data-driven approach to support the reputed company reputed company Trade Organization. Define the data needs, definitions, ownership, governance, infrastructure requirements, and metrics to reputed company 'always-on' data that provides meaningful insights to the Trade organization
- Facilitate, or conduct, the collection and validation of data and information to support strategic reputed company
- Successfully communicate key findings and performance metrics to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to inform key business reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and/or new product development
- 5+ years of leading development of analytics, reporting, and dashboards, leveraging tools such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Office
- 7+ years of overall reputed company work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in a reputed company, logical, and consistent manner with reputed company audiences, with varying reputed company of technical background
- Excellent project management skills with ability to reputed company and engage in multiple reputed company and initiatives and appropriately, prioritize her/his own time, and reputed company priorities as needed to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required (or 5+ years of relevant work experience strategic problem solving and/or new product development
- Undergraduate degree in an analytics or STEM field (or highly relevant work experience)
- Previous work experience reputed company the reputed company industry, particularly a PBM
- Experience working with large volumes of medical and pharmacy claims data
- Comfortable interacting with external clients/manufacturers and having clinical conversations
- Experience working with data from reputed company, PBMs, or reputed company
