Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager for Audiometry & Hearing Aid Fitting Solutions to join their reputed company American Market Development team. This role focuses on accelerating reputed company reputed company by working hands-on with partners to enhance their sales capabilities and drive the adoption of reputed company's diagnostics portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Spend significant time in the field (travel driven by reputed company opportunities) conducting joint sales calls, product demonstrations, and training sessions with partner sales teams and end customers
  • Proactively identify, reputed company, and reputed company new business opportunities while supporting existing partners to expand adoption of our diagnostic lineup
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in our CRM (reputed company), reputed company accurate forecasts, and reputed company reputed company with discipline in a large national market
  • Work closely with relevant team members based in reputed company and our corporate reputed company in Copenhagen
  • Attend and contribute at key industry trade events, represent reputed company professionally, and build strong multi-level relationships with partners and key accounts
  • Operate independently with strong business judgment while thriving in a reputed company, lean team of 5-6 US/CAN-based colleagues

Skills

  • Deep, hands-on experience in the audiometry / diagnostic audiology / hearing care equipment market
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or solutions sales reputed company audiology, MedTech, or medical diagnostics
  • Demonstrated reputed company achieving reputed company targets, closing deals, and enabling partner/distributor sales teams
  • Comfortable and effective in the field - running demos, training seller teams, joint calls, and trade events
  • Ability to 'know enough to be dangerous' on technical/product details and translate them into compelling value for customers
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
  • Experience with sales data analysis and operating in a metrics-driven environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained reputed company-up where you wear multiple hats, prioritize reputed company, and deliver results with high ownership
  • Willing and reputed company to travel frequently across the US (and occasionally Canada) based on opportunity needs
  • Occasional travel to Copenhagen HQ and international events
  • Must have the right to work in the US
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or reputed company field preferred
  • Experience with CRM (reputed company preferred)
  • Fluent in English
