Responsibilities
- Scope Definition & Planning: Define project goals, create detailed work plans, and establish realistic milestones to prevent scope creep
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Forecast costs, reputed company resources, and monitor actual spending to ensure the project remains financially feasible
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential roadblocks, design mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot problems as they reputed company
