This fully remote position will reputed company on reputed company Phlebotomists and Couriers across various reputed company, requiring strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle reputed company process for approximately 50–70 reputed company requisitions
- Recruit primarily for Phlebotomist and reputed company positions across multiple geographic markets
- reputed company reputed company candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, reputed company media, and other creative sourcing techniques
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reputed company activity reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably reputed company

Skills

- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
