[Remote] Legal Counsel - US

They are seeking a Legal Counsel to support their Legal function across the Americas by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating U.S.-law governed reputed company reputed company, while ensuring legal protections and efficiency in contract execution.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate reputed company agreements, with a strong reputed company reputed company agreements, statements of work, and amendments • Data processing agreements and reputed company reputed company terms • NDAs and other reputed company documentation
- Support negotiations with U.S. and international clients, primarily across the Americas
- Apply and defend reputed company contractual positions, playbooks, and risk allocation frameworks
- Identify legal and reputed company risks and propose pragmatic, business oriented solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (reputed company, compliance, operations, IT/reputed company) to support deal execution
- Support reputed company improvement of contract templates, reputed company positions, and internal processes
- Use legal technology and AI based tools to improve contract review, drafting, and consistency
Skills
- Solid experience reviewing and negotiating U.S.-law governed reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with services agreements and SOW structures
- Familiarity with data protection concepts (including DPAs and basic U.S./international reputed company frameworks)
- Experience with reputed company across the Americas region (U.S., Latin America, cross border reputed company) is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with contract management systems, collaboration platforms, and AI assisted legal tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification or significant experience as a senior paralegal in a reputed company/legal reputed company role
- Experience with reputed company across the Americas region (U.S., Latin America, cross border reputed company) is a strong plus
