[Remote] Billing Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Respond to patient billing inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person
- Explain billing statements, insurance information, payment reputed company, and hospital billing policies
- Resolve billing concerns with professionalism and escalate reputed company issues as appropriate
- Process claims, manage denials, and prepare appeals for reimbursement
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and federal reputed company program requirements
- Review claims and billing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare billing records requested by patients, providers, and other authorized parties

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong computer, office, and math skills
- Knowledge of the medical billing process, including Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), denial management, and appeals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company reputed company service to patients and staff
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of hospital insurance billing, including Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company insurance
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding
