Responsibilities
- Assess operational and functional organizational baselines
- Identify information technology deficiencies affecting organizational goals
- Generate strategies for IT enhancements and process improvements
- Participate in strategic assessments and design reviews of reputed company approaches

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–7 years of business analysis experience
- Experience in reputed company business analysis across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience supporting IT reputed company, organizational assessments, and gap analysis
- Experience with ERP implementations and process improvement
- Cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills
