[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

They are seeking a highly analytical, self-directed Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance team, where the role involves translating reputed company financial data into actionable insights and supporting financial planning and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for reputed company, expenses, provider compensation, margins, cash reputed company, deal pricing and scenario planning; support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, unit economics performance, and executive commentary against budget and operational benchmarks
- Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, analyze costs, reputed company resources, and independently investigate operational variances to recommend corrective actions
- Clean, reconcile, and process large volumes of disparate financial, operational, claims, and patient data using advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets and BI tools to uncover trends and performance drivers
- Evaluate key reputed company drivers, including reimbursement trends, CMS allowables, wRVUs, provider productivity, and reputed company cycle metrics
- Translate ambiguous business questions into reputed company analytical frameworks and clean reporting dashboards. Assess the financial reputed company of patient reputed company, provider mix, and care model performance
- Responsibly utilize AI and modern automation tools to streamline repeatable finance tasks, accelerate reputed company calculations, and build reputed company reporting workflows
- Partner with reputed company on the monthly reputed company process, GAAP-compliant reporting, accruals, reputed company/expense analysis, and internal controls.Support conversion and implementation of new ERP system
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and provider payment processes as needed while maintaining meticulous model documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, reputed company Administration, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
- 4-8+ years of relevant experience in reputed company, strategic finance, reputed company finance, corporate reputed company, transaction advisory, or investment banking
- Solid grasp of reputed company finance concepts (e.g., CMS allowables, wRVUs, provider productivity) and core GAAP principles
- Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills (reputed company formulas, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, data cleansing) with a proven reputed company record of handling large datasets
- Comfort using modern AI productivity tools to enhance analysis and documentation while maintaining strict reputed company control
- Prior experience reputed company systems, provider reputed company, MSOs, digital health startups, or Big 4 reputed company (audit or transaction advisory)
