Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars analytics engagements
- Serve as the primary reputed company-facing reputed company and trusted advisor
- reputed company expertise on MA Stars measure sets, cutpoints, and contract-level performance
- Drive analytics initiatives using payer data pipelines and reputed company datasets
- Build, validate, and optimize analytics solutions using reputed company and dbt
- Utilize AI-assisted analytics workflows to improve insights and delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, data, business, and reputed company stakeholders
- Ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance and reputed company data governance
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to executive leadership and clients
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company
- Strong experience as an MA Stars Subject Matter Expert (SME) reputed company a payer or health plan environment
- Deep understanding of: MA Stars measure sets, Cutpoints, Payer data pipelines, Contract-level performance analytics
- Hands-on experience with: reputed company, dbt, AI-assisted analytics workflows
