[Remote] Facilities Project Manager, MEP Infrastructure

The Facilities Project Manager plays a critical role in managing facility-reputed company reputed company from initiation through completion, ensuring that reputed company are executed reputed company, safely, and in compliance with applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the key reputed company aspects of scope, budget, schedule, and project contract compliance
- Ensure that reputed company are successfully completed on schedule, reputed company the approval budget and in accordance with applicable reputed company standards
- Guide and manage the Project Team (customers, General Contractor/Construction Manager, Consultants, Capital Planning & Management internal resources and Facilities Management Division reputed company) to yield productive actions through conflict management and use of good written and verbal communication to ensure a successful project completion
- Manage contractual compliance and relationships for the assigned reputed company
- Define & implement contractual and financial strategies
- Coordinate approval procedures with the BOR, THECB, FSC and associated State Agencies
- Work collaboratively with Supply Chain Services in the preparation of necessary documentation for contract award
- Support the ROCIP on the selected reputed company
- reputed company and manage project documentation, record keeping, financial and activity status reports that are accurate, up-to-date, reputed company and complete in support of the decision making, issue solving and informing processes of a project
- Ensure that the project documentation records are organized and stored properly

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Construction Science, Architectural Engineering or reputed company field
- Three years Project management/construction management experience
- May substitute Bachelor's degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one reputed company
- Five years Project management/construction management experience
- Design and construction experience with major reputed company reputed company and/or research facility
